Lateef Abioye is a distinguished accounting professional with a rich and diverse background that spans banking, core accounting, taxation, and business advisory. His career began in the banking sector, where he developed strong foundations in financial analysis, risk assessment, and process oversight. He later advanced into core accounting and tax practice, gaining hands-on expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax planning for individuals and businesses. His advisory experience further enables him to guide clients with clarity, helping them navigate complex financial challenges and make data‑driven decisions.

 

Lateef holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Northumbria University, a qualification that enhances his ability to leverage data, analytics, and modern financial technologies to deliver forward‑thinking solutions. Emmanuella (Ella) Uzoigwe is a dedicated finance professional with deep expertise in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Audit & Assurance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy and International Business from the University of Lincoln, where she developed a strong strategic and global perspective on modern financial management.

Known for her analytical mindset and calm, solutions‑driven approach, Ella excels at revamping internal controls, re‑engineering financial processes, and simplifying procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. She brings a thoughtful balance of technical rigour and practical insight to every project she supports.

Taiwo Awomuti leads our Project Management Division with a strong foundation built on his engineering background, advanced project management training, and internationally recognised professional certifications. His technical grounding in engineering enables him to approach projects with a structured, analytical mindset—balancing practicality with strategic vision and ensuring that every initiative is delivered with precision and efficiency.

Taiwo holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management, giving him deep expertise in project frameworks, governance, execution methodologies, and performance optimisation. He is also a certified Project Manager with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA), reflecting his commitment to global best practices and professional excellence.

With extensive experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, Taiwo excels in project planning, risk management, process improvement, and team coordination. His engineering perspective strengthens his ability to interpret technical requirements, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that support both operational and strategic objectives.
